Hey there, fellow penguins! Today Club Penguin had a minor update which included a new pin (and a new issue of the Club Penguin times, which you can check out here) added to the island.
To find it, head to the Mine (outdoors). Around the top-left section of your screen, you'll find a blue crystal puffle with a Santa hat on. It's located on the side of the roof on the Toy Workshop (aka, the University). Click on it to retrieve it for your own, for which you'll be able to put on your background at your own will.
