THEORY: Aunt Arctic - Redesign or Relative?

Hey penguins! Have you seen Club Penguin's 2015 Mash-Up video? If so, you might have seen something interesting within the "What's Next?" section of the video. One of the question marks shows an image of what looks like, Aunt Arctic, but with a new redesign. With similar color, glasses, and outfit colors, I can see why many people believe that this could be Aunt Arctic's new look. However, not many people want this to be her new look.

Luckily, this theory could help you feel a little bit better if you're someone who thinks this redesign is not the best. My theory is that this image is not even a redesign at all, but a relative of Aunt Arctic. Though this sounds like a long shot at first, I believe there is valid evidence to be found in the Attic.

The Attic is known for it's conspiracy theories all wrapped into one room, not to mention, memories of previous years of the island. But what I'm looking at is a collection of framed photos apart of the right side of the room. One of them is a picture of a blue pirate, which looks a LOT like a relative of Rockhopper, or an older form of Bambadee, and another is a picture of Gariwald the 8th, Gary's great uncle. But who's the last picture of?

You might say "Well that's obviously Aunt Arctic", after looking at the so-called 'redesign'. However, I say it's a relative of Aunt Arctic! Why do I say that, you may ask. If you categorize all the pictures, they all have one thing in common. They aren't major mascots such as Gary, Rockhopper, Rookie, Cadence, etc. They're all minor mascots and/or relatives. So why would that be a picture of Aunt Arctic?

This is why I conclude that this is a relative of Club Penguin, most likely a sister, of Aunt Arctic. But why would Club Penguin want to introduce her to the community of the island? Have you noticed in the Town center in the bottom left corner, the news stand (which was going to turn into a Community Center, but never did)? Perhaps Aunt Arctic's possible sister could somehow take over this section, and turn it into something similar to the Newspaper, but with it's own twist.
